If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email with instructions for returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify Damn You Alexis immediately at email@example.com and the item will be exchanged for you.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your purchase and you will be sent an email with instructions for returning the garment. The item must be sent back within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 30 days from the date of purchase with exception of faulty products.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express or PayPal. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Damn You Alexis will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
